Download this self extracting file and unpack it to eMule directory
EmuleVista (June 2007)
Right clic on the toolbar on the top of eMule and go to Skin Profiles -> Vista

Uninstallation

Remove the folder C:\Program Files\eMule\skins\Vista and the file called Vista.eMuleSkin
